These terms govern your use of narion.tech (the “Site”), operated by Narion Technologies, Inc. (“Narion,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
Use of the site

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

The Site may link to third-party services, including our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those services.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
