These terms govern your use of narion.tech (the “Site”), operated by Narion Technologies, Inc. (“Narion,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

The Site may link to third-party services, including our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
